Integrative Guidance Containers
Integrative Guidance is like life coaching, but better, and with less fluff. I tend to pick up where other practitioners left off where - With my strong intuition, playful curiosity, and uncanny ability to ask the right questions that always hit the nail on the head - we allow clarity to reveal itself so that you can attune to who you are in your core.
Working with me is like being given the permission slip you’ve always craved to lean into your knowing that there is a better way. To do things different from the status quo, yet with ease and efficiency. You will have no more excuses to not forge your own path.

It is important to note here that we are not excavating, we are allowing the natural unfolding [[staying open to what emerges]] that comes with new awareness.
My psychospiritual approach invites you into a new perspective to view your life, business, art, projects and relationships - whatever it is you want to work on - through a different lens. Reframing your story, breaking down larger concepts into practical pieces, and reading the energetics of you, your life, and/or your business will provide fertile grounds for you to take inventory and recalibrate to your truth.
How It Works
Coaching containers that transform your life or business with a grounded and integrative approach. Let’s explore the space between where you are and where you’re going to gain clarity, foster a greater awareness, undergo energetic transformation, and return to flow.

Over the course of 3, 6, or 12 months, we explore somatics through your felt sense (aka your body’s response to truth), your energetic themes and blueprint (aka your nervous system and magnetic force), your belief systems and emotionality (aka your building blocks of reality), and your relationship to Something Greater (aka your sense of interconnectedness with the world around you - that which you can see and that which you can’t necessarily.)
I work with people local to Northern Michigan. I also work with people all over the world virtually. I am also available for and willing to travel for in-person engagements.

Included in each coaching container is:
• 3, 6, or 12 months together
• 90 minute sessions that can be all Integrative Coaching sessions or a combination of Coaching and Akashic Record Readings
• Human Design integration
• Detailed notes after every session
• Access to me between sessions
• Homework and/or daily practice suggestions to reinforce the creation of new neural pathways
• A summary of the entirety of our work together after the container is complete (I love this, it’s like a multi-page progress report of how you transformed, recurring themes, and more!)
Containers are confidential and a holistic experience, mindfully tailored to each individual's distinct goals and desires. Grounded in trust and open communication, these coaching sessions serve as safe and nurturing spaces for clients to delve into their inner life.With my guidance, clients are encouraged to explore deeply within themselves, asking new questions to see from new vantage points, and foster greater self-awareness and connection to their unique design. The coaching process emphasizes matching actions with values, while also incorporating accountability.
With personalized strategies, unwavering support from me, clients are empowered to unlock their highest potential and achieve meaningful results in both their personal, creative, and professional lives.
