Synthesis is a container for identity shifting, clarity, and structural realignment in how you move through your life.

This is not short-form insight work. This is sustained recalibration over time — where patterns become visible, identity becomes more conscious, and the way you relate to yourself, your decisions, and your direction begins to fundamentally reorganize.

We work with what is shaping your current reality: the beliefs you are operating from, the narratives driving your choices, the emotional and energetic patterns influencing your momentum, and the version of you that is currently leading your life — often unconsciously.

My role is to help you see this clearly, consistently, and without distortion.

From there, identity begins to shift — not conceptually, but behaviorally, relationally, and structurally over time.

This is not about fixing or excavating. It is about sustained reorientation into a more aligned way of being and building.

Synthesis supports you in creating coherence between who you are, how you operate, and what you are building — so your outer life becomes a natural extension of internal alignment rather than internal negotiation.

This is an experience of identity shift — a movement out of internal split and into coherence.

A process of leaving the in-between, where old and emerging versions of you compete for direction, and stabilizing into a truer way of being.

From there, your next chapter is no longer something you’re trying to figure out. It becomes a frequency you are actively inhabiting and creating from.

We work directly with the patterns that keep you cycling — the subtle loops in thinking, choosing, and relating that maintain repetition. Over time, those loops lose authority.

Synthesis is where identity stops fragmenting and starts stabilizing. You are no longer negotiating between versions of yourself. You begin operating from a clearer, more consistent sense of who you are becoming.

How It Works

This is a 3, 6, or 12-month container depending on depth and pace of transformation.

Available in Northern Michigan, virtually worldwide, and selectively in-person by arrangement.

  • Over the course of 3, 6, or 12 months, we work through a sustained process of identity shift and internal realignment across the systems shaping your lived experience.

    We look at how you are responding moment to moment through your felt sense, the patterns and signals running through your system, the belief structures and emotional imprints shaping your decisions, and your relationship to the broader field of intelligence and connection you are operating within.

    Nothing here is treated in isolation. It is all understood as one interconnected system reorganizing itself over time.

    This is a container for becoming more coherent in who you are, how you operate, and what you are creating.

    I work with clients locally in Northern Michigan, virtually worldwide, and am available for and willing to travel for in-person engagements.

  • Included in each container:

    • 3, 6, or 12 months together
    • 90 minute sessions
    • Human Design integration
    • Detailed notes emailed to you after every session
    • Access to me between sessions
    • Homework and/or daily practice suggestions to reinforce the creation of new neural pathways
    • A summary of the entirety of our work together after the container is complete (I love this, it’s like a multi-page progress report of how you transformed, recurring themes, and more!)

    These containers are confidential, immersive, and designed as a fully supported environment for identity shift and internal realignment.
